I am currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), working at a group practice called Therapy Unscripted. I bring to my psychotherapy practice 20+ years of practice and teaching in the mindfulness space, as well as 6 years as an Integral Coach, certified through the International Coach Federation. I am certified as a yoga teacher and trainer at the highest level (500 E-RYT), and have completed Level One of the Internal Family Systems training, which designates me an IFS Therapist. Before my life as a leadership coach and psychotherapist, I worked in publishing as a journalist and book editor, and in the theater as a playwright. I also taught yoga and mindfulness practices for more than a decade in the corporate space for companies such as Twitter, Genentech, Oculus, and Asana, and have led retreats throughout the Bay Area and Latin America. I regularly sit long silent retreats in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. Born in NYC, I have traveled and lived all over the world for work and play, and have called California my home for most of my adult life. You can see more about me, and endorsements I’ve received from other therapists, on my Psychology Today profile.

I’m honored to walk this path with you.
